The Orphan Grain Train is a charity based out of Norfolk, Nebraska, and begun by Clayton Andrew, owner of Andrew's Van Lines (a moving company). They distribute food and needed clothing to where it's needed, I believe anywhere in the world, but it could be in Russia and former Soviet republics only. An Andrew's driver whom I used to work for some days was the one to drive their inaugural truck.
I don't believe that the grain elevator in the background is in any way affiliated with the Orphan Grain Train.
