Is that ice cream?
No, it's sherbet. That's why it's titled "Chinese Sherbet Challenge" and not "Chinese Ice Cream Challenge." It's an ancient Chinese tradition, that in order to become a man you must be able to eat sherbet (which was invented in the 4th century B.C. by Han Dynasty scientists, who called it xebat) with chopsticks before it melts. The ice cream headache feeling is supposed to be a rite of passage, or some such thing.
Actually, no, this is a load of crap. But yes, it is sherbet.
