I post this in loving memory of Mama Puss, 1988-2007. She passed away late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, and was buried next to my father-in-law's beloved dog Queenie.

Aww.. so sorry for your loss. I know how it feels to lose a beloved pet.
Sorry about your cat. We lost our cat last summer, and it's a tough thing to go through, especially with our kids.
Having said that, this is an awesome photo. Great angle on the shot. Nice work!

Thanks to both of you. She was a real sweetheart and a good mother to many litters before she was spayed. I think originally she was named Pebbles, but she became known as Mama Puss (or Mama Puss-Puss or just Puss-Puss) after she had a litter or two. She would love to sit in your lap for hours if you let her.
